Ongoing We are looking for quite a large loan to purchase a farm and equipment to set up a goat dairy farm, which we will initially use to grow our herd and generate the income from selling the milk to milk processors already in place, then to diversify slowly and start producing our own products locally, like cheese, ice cream, yoghurts.  I have completed the dairy goat production course, husband is working and we have 4 children, we are lacking in land, and so far have about 30 goats ready to milk from next spring, but we are short on land and we have to purchase hay.  A farm of our own would save this expense, plus at the moment we don't have proper facilities should we want to sell the milk.  We have so far a two goat portable milking machine.  The potential for this is great as it is in demand, while setting up the working dairy farm, we will have a public petting area for some of the goats and use it also as an educational resource. We do realize the costs, and the insurance involved, but we are in a great location and I have personally had to turn away many people looking for the products.   We could use a loan of 500K euros, but the payments initially for the first 3-4 years whilst growing would have to be low in order for us to swing with our current mortgage.  Certainly no more than 700 euros a month, plus the fact that our oldest will be starting college.   Once we are up and running and as I said supplying milk first, we can increase the month payments to 1200-1500, again this is when we are up and running with a good size herd of at least 200 milking.    We could provide eventually some local jobs, as well as employment for persons with disabilities, whilst we would not be a huge employer, the potential for something like this to benefit both the community and to create a good return through time is great.    I also have a number of people who would willingly buy some goat meat off me.  We are not fancy people, my husband works, and I am willing to put the sweat in and I actually know what I am doing.  Our credit is bad, we had some hard times,  but again - all you have to do is look worldwide to see the growing demand for quality products like Goat products,  - they are often sold out.    Please consider my request,  - I don't want to sound like a whiner, but I am being upfront, honest, and I hope that people out there can realize how genuine we really are about this.                              Code: MD47PL
