"Novelty"

I never thought I would
be down on my luck as much as I am today. I am a healthcare

Debt Consolidation Loan

Business first, then you can read about the abuse. I started a
Home Based Business in Jan. 2006 and it is a thriving business.
I also have a steady income each month besides what I make from my
Business. For reasons that are mine and my husband's (soon to
be ex.) fault we got in debt. I have worked very hard to pay
95% of our Credit Cards down in the last 5-6 months. My Credit
Score 6 months ago was 378 and now it is 583 so as you can see I am
really working hard to pay off all of these bills. I have
went from oweing over $34,600 to now just oweing around $8000.
I did all of this by selling my inventory and not replacing it and
so now I am having a hard time getting my business up and running
again. It is still thriving but I have lost customers because
I cannot keep everything in stock and when they call they want it
delivered on my delivery days or they want to come and get it.
I need loans for buying the things that I need to start over with in
my personal life (furniture, appliances, cookware, dishes,
silverware, towels, etc.; just everything to run a home with), I
need a loan to get my business up and running again, I need to
finish paying off my debt, my teeth need work done on them so badly
but I can wait on that if I need to because I really don't know how
much that is going to cost and I need to have my car payment
refinanced so that I don't have a big payment. Where I found a
place to live, well the carpet needs to be replaced (I go barefoot a
lot and I just don't think I can walk on this carpet, sorry, just a
little OCD.) and as soon as I replace it she is going to knock that
off of my rent, same as with the appliances. So I will take
4 loans, 3 loans, 2 loans. I would like to have my car in a
seperate loan. My car loan payoff is $15,800 at 8% interest.
I still owe 3 yrs on it. It is a Honda CRV with 30,380 miles
on it. I would like to get the interest lowered to between 3%
- 5% with a payment between $250 - $300 for 2 yrs. and am willing to
pay 3 months interest only payments. As for the rest, my debt
is $8000, to get my business up and running again would be between
$10,000 - $16,000 and to get the things I need for my home is going
to be between $20,000 - $25,000. So the total loan would be
between $38,000 - $49,000. It may end up being less or more.
If I am given more than I need I will gladly return the unused
portion. My payment needs to be as low as possible,
please. I can always pay more as my business grows. If
possible, I would like for the rate to be between 5% - 9% for 15 -
20 years and a payment to be between $275 - $325. Again, I
will gladly pay 3 months of just interest only payments.
I also will allow for you to take the payment out of my bank account
so that you will know that I WILL REPAY YOU. As for the
abuse. From age 7 - 12 I was molested by my brother, raped by
a cousin, raped by a neighbor and never told anyone until I was
grown because of their threats. Two days before I was to get
married at the age of 17, a man called and said he had just caught
my fiancee in bed with his wife. My Mom believed my fiancee
and told me I had to marry him or leave. So I married him and
2 years, 2 days later be were divorced because of his cheating but
also because of his physical abuse toward me. After Divorce, 7
months later, I thought I had met prince charming, after about 5
months of dating, I lived a life of terror. I was beaten,
raped, called names so bad that I can't write them down, had guns
held on me for hours and hours, kicked in the stomach and chest area
so many times and many, many other things. After 3 years I
finally got away but with a price, he actually tried to kill me.
Then in 1992, I did met my Prince Charming. We were married in
1993. I put him on a pedestal for 16 years. We never
fought, we always talked about anything we had a disagreement on.
He would never do anything to hurt me or so I thouht. Earlier
this year (2009) I found out he was cheating on me. I didn't
confront him right away. When I did back in May, he started
abusing me. I have begged and pleaded for him to talk to
someone but he won't. Everything he has asked me to change I
have changed because I Love him so much. But on Sunday, Oct.
18, 2009 he dragged me to the stairs and threw me down them. I
have several injuries but they will heal but my heart won't. I
cannot stay here any longer. I went the next day and got an
apartment but I have nothing except my clothes and my Cat, Sassy.
Just one more thing. My Mom died on Nov. 16, 2007 and we
buried her Nov. 18, 2007. On Nov. 20, 2007 I was pulled over
by a "police officer" who held a gun to my head, made me
get out of the car and he raped me. For a very long time
because of all of the abuse in my life, I felt like a victim.
I was a victim but now I am a SURVIVOR. I do volunteer to help
other children and women that are going thru what I have went thru.
This is how I have helped me. I find it is healing to help
others who are going thru what you have already been thru.

A Soldier’s Fight for
his Son!I know the tips for a successful request are to keep it
positive and bright. However, there is a positive side to this,
which will come “after the court case” when my son has more
stability. I am requesting a loan for $6,500 with an interest

This court case will more than likely be done in 2 or 3 parts.
Please read the following in its entirety. My son is now 9 yrs
old, big blue eyes and a bright smile, but he has been down a long,

into detail, but I will try my best to paint the picture. I
have noticed less of that smile due to the very unstable environment
at his mothers. After my deployment in Iraq, 2005, I received joint
custody of my son, early 2006. I have tons of documentation
and witnesses. Because of the stressful situation my son has a
mobile therapist, and also developed ADHD for which he was put on
the medication Vyvanse. My ex abandoned him in an empty
house when he was 2, left him at the bus stop numerous times when he
was 6, was evicted from her former residence, had her electricity
and water shut off at her current residence (which she’s close to
getting evicted again). My son told his mobile therapist
that his mother leaves him alone, grabs him hard enough to leave
finger like bruises, there’s not much food at her house for him to
eat. His mother doesn’t give him his ADHD medication.
She told his mobile therapist she sees no reason for the mobile
therapy or summer school (my son’s school recommended) to help him
before 4th grade. She sees no problem letting him walk alone
to a park in her neighborhood where gangs are prominent. My
son also had court ordered carbon testing to see if his mother’s
boyfriend smoking constantly was affecting him. His carbon
monoxide and platelet levels in his blood were above acceptable
range. They were ordered to not smoke around him, but yet they
still do. His mother didn’t take him to speech therapy for
Speech Apraxia. My son also admitted in front of a counselor that
his mother has weed at her house. I am so sorry about the info
overload and how depressing this is to read, but this is just the
tip of the iceberg.
I have documentation for everything and all I need to get full
custody. I just need more funds to get there. Please help this very
emotionally distressed 9 year old boy to have a more stable life.

due to being injured and just returning to work. They are trying to

personal hell. I'm a single mom with 2 kids 3 cats and 2 jobs and i
live in a working class neighborhood in the city. I don't need to
