I need $150,000 to
consilidate debts and get a business degree at the local college.
I got addicted to gambling and lost everything I had. This
will allow me to start over. $150,000 at 10% is about $1600 a
month. Interest comes to $148,000 for a total of $298,000 for
15 years. This is very doable for me .

Hello, Iam looking for
someone who would like to make a good return on their investment
while helping me out. I am a business owner in the construction
field. I have been in business for 6 + years with several more
years of experience. I am looking for a loan to expand my business
as well as get all of my current payments into one payment. what
I would like to do is borrow $500000.00 and repay with a payment
plan that is set up as 120 equal payments of $6500.00 due monthly
over a period of 10 years. I plan to pay back the loan early however
the number of payments would remain the same. In other words the
return on the investment would be $780000.00 ( 6500 x 120 ) if the
payments were made on the set schedule the rate of interst would be
aprox. 9.75% if paid early as planned the rate would increase ( 8
years aprox 12% ) ( 6 years aprox 16% ) so even if paid early the
amount paid would stay the same you would just get a higher rate of
return. I can use all personal as well as business assets as
collateral as well. I am also open to negotiation on terms.
Thank you.

Successful Business owner
looking to borrow $60,000.00 ( Sixty Thousand Dollars ) to get
successful store back on its feet. I own a local meat market and
grocery store and have been doing well the past 9 years.
I had a partner in my 2 business ventures, things started
to go downhill a bit when a small plaza we owned caught fire, 18
months ago, during the first 10 months of this the insurance company
was doing all their legal paper work so we were making the payment
to this building out of our store business which was 1500.00
monthly, then finally the insurance company paid off the mortgage on
the plaza and we were waiting approval to start rebuilding, during
this wait period my partners wife filed for a divorce and wanted ˝
of his ˝ of everything, I hired a attorney for my own interest who
advised me to stop putting any personal moneys into my store until
we could see where this was all going. Well finally his wife agreed
to sign off because she did not want ˝ of his ˝ of the debt. After
all this, my partner wanted out of our store business, he also
signed off from
everything and walked away, I acquired the whole business and the
building it is in, it also has 5 apartments upstairs which I have
remodeled and the apartments bring in a nice added income ( I also
acquired all the debt )
I have been making double
and triple payments on things that were behind, I would like to pay
off everything in arrears and make one monthly payment, I will offer
a second mortgage on the building my store is in, Or if anyone would
like the first mortgage I would consider refinancing the whole
thing. I own the only local fresh meat market in our area, we also
do wonderful sales on our pizza and subs. We are located in a area
where I have a lot of walking customers who are in my store everyday
buying the everyday items. Once caught up I do not see any problems
in the future, If not for the fire and my x partners divorce there
would have never been a problem, we ran very smooth for 7 years,
never behind in anything. Also our new building should be complete
within the next 5 months and that will be another additional income,
Please contact me if interested and I will provide any documents
needed.
Thank you.

I
will make this request as brief as possible and if you want to know
more, I will gladly give all the information you need. This request
is for a loan of $430,000.00 to purchase a home and combine a few
debts. The home is a 2770 sq. ft. 2 story home that needs
a few upgrades. It's
located on 1.53 acres in the beautiful state of Washington about 30
minutes from Seattle. $399,500 is for the house and $30,500 is for
debts and a car. I would prefer a payment of 1500-2000 a month with
a yearly extra payment of at least 12,000 and this would be applied
to the principle not interest. Also, I would like the first payment
to be 2 months after the signing of the papers, with no penalities
if paid off early. Thanks so much for your consideration.

My wife and I are in
desperate need for some financial assistance. We moved July 2007 in
order to be closer to my wifes' parents. We had concerns with her
fathers health. We subdivided the 2 acres which they had and we were
within 1-1/2 month of moving into our home when my father-in-law had
a heart attack and a second major one. He spent 25 days in the
hospital only to have the Lord take him at that time. Our focus
was then to be there for her mother since she had never driven a
vehicle. Then my lovely wife of mine and myself wer involved in a
rather bad automobile accident in November 2007 turning onto our
road in which we were stopped and another rear ended us doing 45
miles an hour. Our luck continued as we had had our other home
listed since February 2007 and it has not sold. We depleted our 401k
retirement accounts attempting to stay afloat. We also took
salary cuts of approx. 40% having worked for my brothers Ace
hardware very successful business for 23 years. The furniture that
we had we gave to some friends that were in need thinking that we
would replace ours with the proceeds from the sale of our house as
well as a down deposit. None of this of course has happened. We
are currently just about to the point of foreclosure on our other
home and I am actively seeking new employment making more money. We
know that God has a purpose for us but we are sure meeting some
hurdles. We have found a great new church and we are here for our
mother. We know that our prayers will be answered through someone
out there. We need need approximately $25,000 to payoff all of
our unsecured debts due to the fact that we do not have very much
equity in our home and our credit scores are low unfortunately. We
hope to not loose this home also. Thank you so much for taking the
time to read our story. God
Bless!

$40.000 for business
expansion. I need $40.000 to expand my timber business.
I have one employee, and
I can’t keep up with the demand for timber so I will need to
invest in
some machinery, and raw materials to increase productivity by 300%
at least.
I will pay back the
entire amount in 7 years at the latest with an interest rate of 12%.
There is a high probability that I will pay the amount in full
before the 7 year expiration time.
Payment can be made on a monthly or quarterly basis.
I consider this to be a good deal working both ways, but
considering I am at the lenders mercy anything is negotiable.
I hope to get a positive response shortly from an interested lender,
so I can increase productivity and grow my business
as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and I look forward to
your reply.

Borrower with Perfect Pay
Record Seeks Lender for $200,000 Unsecured Loan ***** Fantastic
opportunity for a Lender that is looking for a chance to originate
an Unsecured Line or Loan for an amount up to $200,000 at 8.5% or 9%
with a repayment period of 48 to 60 months. Read about the details
that describe the Borrower and any Lender should agree that this is
a "Win-Win" deal ! This will be an Unsecured Loan for
a borrower with extremely good credentials. The borrower has never
been late on any payment of any type and there are no outstanding
judgments, warrants, or other instruments which are negative. The
borrower is a retired CPA that worked in the construction industry
for thirteen years and previously in public accounting for about
four years. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of
Arkansas and was involved in his community. The proceeds of this
loan will be used to Consolidate credit card balances with an
overall higher average interest rate. These balances which arose
mainly after the borrower's disability are the result of years of
abnormally high medical and legal expenses that were related to the
borrower's disability. Proof of these unusually high medical
expenses for the years 2003 and forward can easily be provided if
the Lender is interested in validating these statements and the
supporting evidence from Schedule A of Form 1040. The borrower has
never been late on ANY payment to any creditor and can provide a
current credit report to prove this fact. Prior to the disability,
the Borrower's Credit Score was always Excellent which allowed for
more favorable financing terms on home and auto loans as well as
credit cards which will be quite important for the borrower in the
future. The accident triggering the disability occurred in late
2002 and since 2003 the Borrower went without benefits for a periods
lasting two of these years which created an undue financial
hardship. The borrower is also unable to qualify for any health
insurance to help reduce the expensive therapies and medications
that are required. This Consolidation Loan will allow the
borrower to afford the ongoing cost of therapy which must happen and
this Consolidation Loan will help resolve a rather difficult
financial burden based on the current structure of debt. The Borrower
must pay for flights from his home state to another state which is a
great distance away and expensive. This Consolidation Loan will
finally get the debts restructured in a manner that will give the
Borrower the finances he will need to operate more efficiently.
Assuming the loan principal will be $200,000, the loan payments for
a 60 month term would be $4,151.67 at 9% and $4,103.31 at a rate of
8.5%. The payments for a 48 month term would be $4,977.01 at 9%.and
$4,929.66 at a rate of 8.50%. Naturally, the loan rate would be
based on which loan rate and term is preferred by the Lender. The
Borrower is willing to discuss the loan amount, the rate, and the
loan period. At this time, the Borrower would prefer the 60 month
term loan. The borrower would like to have the option to prepay
this loan. One option, could be to agree upon a date when this
privilege could first be exercised so that the Lender is given some
set time period where their principal is invested and earning a
given rate of return. The Borrower does not wish to be in a loan
which can be terminated prematurely without there being very unusual
circumstances. Another way to put this, would be that the borrower
would expect the loan to go to full term unless prepaid by the
Borrower. This is usually standard in most commercial loan
agreements the Borrower has seen. As a form of assurance, the
borrower wants to share that there is a sufficient amount of Life
Insurance which would cover payment of this entire loan in the
unlikely event that something would happen to the Borrower during
the loan term. The Borrower has had much difficulty with
obtaining financing from regular sources since first starting the
process of finding a Consolidation Loan about a year ago.The timing
of the Real Estate market "bubble burst" did not help with
seeking this type of financing either. Most Lenders have had trouble
understanding that the Long Term Disability income is
"non-taxable" and that the "tax equivalent
income" is nearly double what is reported to them for
monthly/annual income. As a result, the debt to income
computation which they make which influences their loan decision is
not accurate in the Borrower's opinion for the "type" of
income. It does not fit into traditional models that they use for
analysis of the Borrower's income and debts. As independent
Lender's, this Borrower is hoping that there are several of the
Lender's which are reviewing loans here that have the ability to
easily see why this "strict income rule" has not worked
and has made it more difficult to obtain the unsecured loan needed
for a debt consolidation. Using a Credit Score Analyzer Tool, a
projection was done to determine what the impact on the Borrower's
Credit Score would be from the Consolidation of all of the Unsecured
Debt on credit cards and the results reflected the Credit Score
going from "Good" to "Excellent" immediately in
the first month ! The impact of this transaction is immediately
positive. The Borrower has all the proof that the loan payment can
be paid without any problem and that this loan would actually help
increase the amount of cash that will be available to the Borrower
each month after this new Consolidation Loan is made. The credit
card debt Consolidation yields the best results for the Borrower
both personally and financially. The Lender which makes these
loan proceeds available also benefits financially by taking away the
interest that these other companies are making. This really is a
Great Opportunity for a Lender. This does not come along often. This
is a great Consolidation Loan which will give a Lender that is an
individual or other type of entity the chance to earn a decent rate
of return on this loan and the loan is with a "Grade A"
type Borrower. I hope that there are several Lenders which will see
this announcement and will respond quickly once I post this on May
15, 2008. Thank you in advance for really taking the time to
read why this loan is different !.

The U21 Pool Hall concept
is to establish a non-video based gaming center for the teenage
crowd, with billiards set as the primary business attraction.
There will be other games installed as time progresses forward, such
as Air Hockey or Electronic Darts, however all gaming will require
hand-eye coordination, general physical activity, and social
interaction. The
base pricing will be $1 per game of pool and $.75-$1 for snacks or
soda, all vended via machines for transaction ease & minimal
customer interaction. The youth related atmosphere
will be restricted from smoking or drinking alcohol for all patrons,
regardless of age. Future plans include a custom cue stick
shop with other billiards related accessories.
I am seeking $25K for initial lease deposits, and partial startup
inventory. The location has been picked, DBA obtained, utilities
quoted, and opening day is scheduled 2 weeks from point of loan
reception. Thank you, U21 Pool

I am a Senior NCO in the
US Army on active duty and really need help ASAP (since yesterday).
I am currently stationed in the US and experiencing some financial
difficulties. My husband has his CDL and has been driving
since 2001. In 2007, we established an LLC and obtained our
own authority but within 3 months we experienced a major blow when
the engine went out on the truck. Unfortunately due to
past credit history, we were unable to obtain a loan to recover from
the lost. Since then, he turned back to driving for a company
over the road, and we are STILL desperately trying to keep our heads
above water. We have two children and my youngest which is 7
is autistic. Currently I work all day, take online classes at
night to complete my degree and raise the children while my husband
struggles to keep us afloat over the road. We need
approximately $40,000 to payoff our debts which would greatly assist
us and possibly bring him home off of the road to help me.
I have 11 years remaining in the military before I retire from
active duty. With this loan, I would be able to payoff
my outstanding debt and only have this loan and living expenses.
I am able to repay the loan with my income alone and when it comes
to repayment, I have no problem setting up an allotment (guaranteed
payment from my monthly income) to repay within 5-6 years.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for the
blessing of an angel (with skin) that is. Someone who will be
compassionate and have an open heart. Someone able to see
beyond this reality and go out to a different realm. My story is
not much different from many of the other listings you see here.
Just different names, circumstances and geography. Basically, I
am someone needing assistance with the grim reality of money and
survival. Fortune has not looked at me kindly for quite some time.
I have been a victim of a violent crime. This led to many
health issues; both physical and mental including a deep dark
depression. Also, the tremendous stress resulting from such an
event, coping with the physical and emotional pain, I believe
triggered a very aggressive type of cancer for which I am still
receiving treatment. Obviously, the financial expense of
dealing with this type of situation has been overwhelming. One
doesn't have to be a brain surgeon to figure out what my financial
picture looks like in the light of the circumstances I have
mentioned above. I am back at work after what seems an incredibly
long, long, long time. However, the financial crisis in which
I find myself in seems insurmountable and hopeless. I
have finally found the courage to ask for a helping hand I am humbly
requesting a loan for $60, 000.00 to pay the many
expenses which have resulted from this incident and coping with the
many aspects of living after such an occurrence. The terms of
the loan are basically up to you. I will accept any offer that
is reasonable and compassionate. The money, I can repay, it is
your kindness and spirit of generosity I could never repay.
I gratefully thank you for considering my request.

Hi, we are the
Johnson Family. We are in need of some help. We are in the process
of buying a double wide. The people we are buying it from are in the
military. In June, they will be transferring to Guam. We are in need
of this loan pretty quickly. We need the money by May. We had
been approved for a loan for $50,000 by a supposed company ( Not
reveal name of Company). Liability insurance was to be the
means of collateral on the loan. We had paid this money on top
of money ( insurance plus what was to be taxes). They never
sent us the money for the loan, they haven’t contacted us, nor can
we contact them now because of a supposed temporary block on their
number. Come to find out, this company is FRAUD. We are a
victim of FRAUD. Now, because of them, our finances are screwed up
at this time and are still in need of money to purchase this double
wide. 1 Peter 4:10 says, “ God has given each of you some special
abilities; be sure to use them to help each other, passing on to
others God’s many kinds of blessings.” The Lord’s face will
radiate because of you and show you His favor and give you His
peace. We need to borrow $50,000. With this we can pay for
the double wide, get our finances back on track, get the truck fixed
( I own a truck and it needs some work), I have some cats that I
need to get to a vet, and once we move into our new home, we will
buy a new living room suit and bed. I also have my Daddy that I have
only seen once in 10 years and want to go to Alabama ( this is where
my Daddy lives) to spend 2 weeks with. I will use part of this money
to be able to do this. Proverbs 22:9 says, “ A kindly
eye will earn a blessing. Matthew 5: 42 says, “ Give to every
person who asks you. When someone wants to borrow something, lend it
to him.” We can be a blessing to each other. My Husband works at
Northrop Grumman ( shipyard) full time. He’s a shipbuilder. He
makes very good money. He makes about $40,000- $59,000 a year. He
works a lot of overtime as he is now. I work Part time at a private
school and with someone else during the week cleaning houses. There
is no problem in paying back the loan. We guarantee the payments to
be made on time. We can pay by money order, Money Gram, Western
Union ( would need info. to do so). Eventually will open a checking
account. This is what we can afford. $50,000 for 20 years at 3%
interest ( $277.30), $50,000 20 years at 5% interest ( $329.98),
$50,000 for 20 years at 7 % interest ( $387.65), or
$50,000 for 15 years at 5% interest ( payments $395.40), or $50,000
for 15 years at 3% interest ( payments $345.29). Willing to
negotiate. Please have mercy on us and help us. May God bless
the person who lends to us.

SCARED AND DESPERATE! I am
a 28 yr old married mother of three small children (4 mo., 2 yrs, and
3 yrs). My husband and I have recently fallen on some serious
financial hardship. We are not willing to file bankruptcy due to the
fact that we are relocating in five months and that may hinder our
ability to find a home. We have an array of debt such as old
credit cards, new and numerous medical bills, increased living
expenses from having the new baby, rent being raised (we live in a 2
bed 2 bath 975 sq. foot apartment), car troubles (we have a '99
Hyundai Sonata with 141k miles on it - it is starting to break down -
it is our only vehicle), and some other misc. bills. We are
looking to get a loan to consolidate all of this into one manageable
payment and to help us get some of our everyday expenses taken care
of. We are requesting 60k to 65k and to pay it off in 6 to 8 years
with no prepayment penalty. I am willing to
negogiate
a finance charge as well. My husband makes about 55k to 60k right
now, depending on overtime, but will be getting a higher paying job
when we relocate. He is also waiting on possible work as an ice
road trucker in Canada for the '08 season. I also have a home based
business that I am trying to get off the ground to help with our
finances. I am just having a hard time with this since I have the
kids to look after. We are in need of financial assistance
asap!
I am willing to go over every detail of what I'm trying to accomplish
as well as more information on the situation at hand. Please
consider us and thank you so very much in advance! God bless you!

I am the type of person who
likes to think out of the box. So I believe by requesting a loan I
can offer a portfolio diversification to an potential investor.
I am a 32 year-old professional from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I am a
sales executive in the software business. I have gone through some
hard times with a divorce.
I am looking for a 60 000 $
loan for 2 reasons: 1) my mother helped me financially through my
divorce but now she needs my help. I need to give her back 20 000$ in
order for her to keep her house. 2) I wish to purchase a modest new
car (Subaru Impreza) 20 000 $ would go to that, I would pay the
balance cash. I will buy the car on the US market, since it's 10K
cheaper. I can even take arrangements so that the car is owned by my
lender as a collateral. The other 20 000$, I would like my
lender to keep at his/her name and invest it. I am basically
"hedging" my loan ! And if
possible, on a 8 to 10 year period, that monthly payment would be
acceptable at a reasonable rate. I don't have much debt other than a
mortgage , on a cottage. My earning potential is quite high and I
frankly wish to pay this loan as soon as I can. If you are
a open-minded lender, please let me know - I would greatly appreciate
a your help. Best regards. Code: SD26DF |

I am living my own
personal hell. I'm a single mom with 2 kids 3 cats and 2 jobs and i
live in a working class neighborhood in the city. I don't need to
live lavishly but I'm not making enough to get by right now. I'm
seeking a loan for $20,000 so that I can not only consolidate some
debts but also to move forward with my life and start the home
business that will get my life going in a productive direction.
I will then be able to help people more than I currently am with the
different charities that I support and also on an individual basis. I
will be able to use part of the money as a way to have capital to
start the business and part to pay on the loan.
I would like to have 9 years
repayment without a repayment penalty at 19% interest this would work
out to about $400/month. thank you very much for giving me
the opportunity for the first time in my 42 years to really live
because I'll be moving away from being indebted and moving towards
freedom. I'm hoping an
ordinary person will see someone who's working their butt off trying
to make a difference in their life and be able to give her a hand up.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

NEW BUSINESS LOAN
NEEDED Seeking an investment of $60,000. I am willing to pay back
$1250 a month for 5 yrs. This gives the investor $15,000 in profit
or 25% profit on your investment. I am opening a Golf
retail store to meet the needs of a rising popularity in the sport. I
have researched the area and this type of business is above average
due to the fact that there are over 100 golf courses in my state with
only 13 full line golf stores to meet the needs of the golfers.
Along with pro line clubs we
will also provide custom built clubs and club repair. We
will also have a practice cage inside in which we use the swing
analysis machine to help determine the best club for each individual
golfer. The investment of
$60,000 is needed for equipment, inventory and operating capital. All
these are needed to be able to provide the quality service that a full
line golf store is designed to give it's customers. Thank
you for your consideration.

I will need a loan of
$6000.00. I will need it as soon as possible, within the next two or

payments and skipping three and four months before I can pay again.
This is due to my income and other bills.
I plan to repay by sending in
$150.00 a month for a term of four years if possible. Thank you.

I am a self employed woman,
going through a divorce and I trying to keep to myself, my home and
business afloat. I have aquired a lot of credit card bills
which have begun to stack up and the interest rates keep rising. I do
not have the credit to refinance my home for equity and the banks do
not want to loan to a self employed woman.
My credit has been
damaged due to the credit cards and the bills of my business.
I would like to use the money to pay off my card debts and the debts
of my business, a small flower shop in a small southern town.
I am able to pay
$400 to $500 per month, I would like to borrow $30,000 to $50,000.
I need to help so I do not have to ask my family. I am trying
hard to stand on my own feet, but economy is making it tough. Thank
you for your consideration.
