Such as 3 or 6 months of payments of interest only (no principal) in
order to lower the initial payments, or later if special needs
arise.
You understand that this is a serious effort to lend
money to people who need it and for you to make a profit.
You understand that no promise is made of any
investment returns on dealings with "potential borrowers".
You promise not to send unsolicited email to any one
you come into contact with through this web site.
Guarantee
A common question:
Is there a guarantee that I will get a loan? The answer is
no.
Why no guarantee?
It is simple, it is impossible to guarantee you a loan!
We
don't know anything about you, we don't pull any credit reports.
We don't even know why you need a loan or what you would use it
for.
We do not get involved in the negotiations with the lender and
borrower.
We can't guarantee you will get a loan from one of the of the lenders who look through the site each
day.
If you don't have any other place to go, then join us and let a
