For example: you may need a loan for education as well as a

When you sign up we will show you some sample Loan Requests so you
can see what others are doing.
After registering, you can browse the other loan listings to give you ideas for what you should include in your
"Loan Request".
But you decide what to say and how to say it. A couple of lines or
a couple of paragraphs, but we reserve the right to limit the size
of your request.
Your Loan Request gets seen and you get contacted.
Be sure to get everything in writing and confirm whom you are
dealing with.

- You promise to be honest and straight forward in
your dealings with "potential borrowers".
- You promise not to disclose personal information about
"potential borrowers" after they make contact.
- You promise to be reasonable in
your requests for
interest rates and payment schedules.
- You will take into consideration when
you are approached about skipping a payment, or accepting a late payment.
- Although you are not required, we hope and suggest
you will offer "creative" payment arrangements when
needed.
Such as 3 or 6 months of payments of interest only (no principal) in
order to lower the initial payments, or later if special needs
arise.
- You understand that this is a serious effort to lend
money to people who need it and for you to make a profit.
- You understand that no promise is made of any
investment returns on dealings with "potential borrowers".
- You promise not to send unsolicited email to any one
you come into contact with through this web site.
Guarantee
A common question we get is:
Is there a guarantee that I will get a loan? No.
Why no guarantee?
It is simple, it is impossible to guarantee you a loan!
We
don't know anything about you, we don't pull any credit reports.
We do not get involved in the negotiations with the lender and
borrower.
We can't guarantee you will get a loan from one of the of the lenders who look through the site each
day.
If you don't have any other place to go, then join us and let a
"special lender" find you."
