For Value Received, the undersigned, Mary Smith   (the "Borrower"), herby acknowledges itself indebted to John Doe       (the "Lender") and promises to pay to or to the order of the Lender at Address of John Doe  or as otherwise directed in writing by the Lender, the principal sum of $22,000.00   making 84 monthly payments of $350.00 calculated at 10 % Interest.
The entire principal sum shall be paid in equal consecutive payments of $350.00 commencing on the 3rd day of August, 2003.

In the event of default in payment of any amount of under this promissory note, the entire remaining principal sum shall, at the option of the Lender, become immediately due and payable without notice or demand.

The Lender may assign all of it's right, title and interest in, to and under this promissory note. 
All payments required to be made hereunder shall be made by the Borrower without any right of setoff or counterclaim.
